Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SUKHADA WORLD, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that plans can change, and we have established this Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a transparent process for all transactions made on WWW.SUKHADAWORLD.COM.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request to cancel an order or service under the following conditions:

  • Standard Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the shipment or service execution has not yet commenced.
  • Late Cancellations: Requests made after the 24-hour window or after a product has been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the Return Policy will apply.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  • Service Non-Performance: If a booked service is not rendered due to reasons attributable to SUKHADA WORLD, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Incorrect Items: If the item delivered does not match your order confirmation on the Site.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & SERVICES

Please note that certain items and services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been fully rendered or completed.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging/tags.
  • Personalized or customized products/services.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card). Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. CANCELLATION FEES

SUKHADA WORLD reserves the right to charge a nominal cancellation fee or processing fee depending on the stage of order fulfillment or the specific terms of a service contract.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND/CANCELLATION

To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for the request at: support@sukhadaworld.com. Our team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of WWW.SUKHADAWORLD.COM signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
